SLAB POLISHING MACHINE FOR MARBLE 16 HEADS
The HLMJX-2200-16C automatic continuous polishing machine is designed for processing and polishing marble surfaces, ensuring high productivity and continuous operation.
The machine is equipped with 16 polishing heads fitted with Frankfurt-type abrasives, each driven by an independent electric motor. The continuous material feeding system allows the processing speed to be adjusted according to production requirements and the characteristics of the material being processed.
The automation system incorporates a Mitsubishi PLC and a Weinview touchscreen operator panel, while the main electrical and electronic components are supplied by specialized manufacturers such as Schneider Electric, Fuji Electric, Koyo, and Omron.
The supply also includes the equipment required for the pneumatic system, including an air compressor, air tank, air dryer, and air blower.
The machine is designed for industrial marble processing facilities requiring high production performance and consistent surface finishing quality.
The scope of supply includes the main machine and the auxiliary equipment specified in this technical data sheet. Transit tables, the loading table, and the unloading table are excluded.
