SLAB POLISHING MACHINE FOR MARBLE 18 HEADS
The HLMJX-2200-18C is an automatic continuous polishing machine designed to deliver high performance in the grinding and polishing of marble slabs. Equipped with 18 Frankfurt polishing heads, it ensures uniform processing and high-quality surface finishing, making it ideal for industrial facilities with high production requirements.
The machine can process slabs with widths ranging from 400 to 2,200 mm and thicknesses from 10 to 60 mm, thanks to a conveyor belt system with adjustable feeding speeds of up to 3,800 mm/min. The 18 polishing heads, each driven by a 15 kW motor, provide high processing capacity, with a declared productivity of up to 1,600 m² in 8 hours.
The control system features a Mitsubishi PLC, combined with a Weinview touchscreen operator panel, allowing simple and intuitive management of operating parameters. The electrical components include Schneider inverters, Fuji contactors, Schneider relays, Koyo encoders, and Omron limit switches, ensuring reliability and precision during operation.
The machine is supplied complete with an air compressor, air tank, air dryer, and air blower, providing a professional solution for automated marble polishing.
