CNC HLNCM-1308 PLUS

The HUALONG HLNCM-1308 Plus is a 3-axis CNC machine specifically designed for the cutting, shaping and polishing of sinks and stone countertops. Thanks to its compact structure and CNC control system, it provides precise and automated machining, making it particularly suitable for the production of kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity tops and integrated sinks.

The machine is equipped with an Italian ESA CNC control system and Pegasus software, providing intuitive programming and high machining accuracy. The automatic multi-tool ATC system enables automatic tool changes during the machining cycle, allowing cutting, shaping, milling and polishing operations to be carried out sequentially, thus optimizing production times.

The working area is 1200 × 650 mm, with a Z-axis stroke of 300 mm. The machine uses BT40 tool holders and is equipped with an automatic 11-tool magazine. The X and Y axes reach a maximum speed of 15,000 mm/min, while the Z axis reaches 3,000 mm/min.

The spindle has a power output of 5.5 kW and reaches a maximum speed of 8,000 rpm, providing excellent performance for both material removal and subsequent finishing and polishing operations.

The HLNCM-1308 Plus is also equipped with a movable table, which facilitates workpiece positioning and handling during loading and unloading operations.

The machine has a total installed power of approximately 23 kW, a weight of approximately 2,900 kg, and overall dimensions of 2800 × 2000 × 2400 mm.

Upon request, the machine can be supplied with suction cups and a waterproof tank, available as optional equipment.
