SLAB POLISHING LINE FOR GRANITE SLABS 18 HEADS
The HLMJX-2200-18C is an automatic continuous polishing machine equipped with 18 polishing heads, designed for grinding and polishing granite slabs, ensuring high productivity, precision, and uniform surface finishing.
The machine is equipped with 18 Fickert polishing heads, each driven by a 15 kW motor, and can process slabs with widths ranging from 400 to 2,200 mm and thicknesses from 10 to 60 mm. The conveyor belt, with an adjustable feeding speed from 0 to 3,800 mm/min, allows the polishing process to be adapted to different production requirements.
The control system features a Mitsubishi PLC, combined with a Weinview touchscreen operator panel, allowing simple and intuitive management of operating parameters. The machine incorporates high-quality electrical components, including Schneider inverters, Fusi contactors, Schneider relays, Koyo encoders, and Omron limit switches.
The configuration includes an automated slab handling system, consisting of two transit tables, an automatic vacuum arm loading table, and an automatic unloading table. This system optimizes the production cycle and reduces manual handling operations.
The supply also includes an air compressor, air tank, air dryer, and air blower.
